The first thing a cashier checks is whether the request is big enough to accept at all. Each operator sets its own floor:

A balance below the floor is not held so much as stuck. Rainbet (8.1) and Thunderpick (6.12) both say the whole balance is paid when the account is closed, which is the written route for a small remainder there.
Account settings belong on this rung too, because they block the very first request. Wolfbet will not release anything until your email is confirmed and two-factor authentication is on (15 §1). It costs nothing to settle that before you need the money.

Holds that ignore the amount
Several rules apply whether you withdraw $20 or $20,000. They are the commonest reason a small request does not move, and each one can be checked in advance.
A deposit the cashier still counts as open
A coin shows in your balance before it is always free to leave. Bitcasino.io lets deposited coins be withdrawn only after 3 confirmations on the chain (6.1). One confirmation is enough for Rocketpot to credit a deposit (10.5); Rainbet gives that count on its homepage. Wolfbet's FAQ says deposits are credited once broadcast. Play-through not yet finished
Most terms on file ask for a deposit to be staked before it can be cashed out. Rainbet locks crypto deposits until they are turned over once (8.7), as do Bitsler (8.13) and Metaspins (4.2). Rocketpot (11.2) and Wild Fortune (9.7) ask for three times each deposit.11). Shuffle.com asks once but drops that step for crypto returned to the wallet it came from on the same chain (10.2). A recent password change
Changing your password starts a lock at two operators. Set a new password at Bitcasino.io (clause 4) or Rocketpot (11.9) and withdrawals stay shut for 48 hours. If you plan a request, change the password afterwards or well before, not in between.
The wrong coin, wallet or method
Rocketpot pays in the coin you deposited, to the wallet it came from (11.1). Metaspins pays through the deposit method and in the deposit coin (12.2 and 11.3), and Rainbet pays back through the deposit method (8.4). A request aimed at a different coin or address may be refused or returned for correction, so match the deposit side before you submit. The documents floor
Once a sum reaches the second floor, an identity check becomes likely, and a check is the hold people meet most often on larger requests. Bitcasino.io writes €2,500 or its crypto value into clause 6.6; Rocketpot writes $2,000 and $2,500 into clauses 11.4 and 12.4. Other operators leave the sum open, while Vave writes into 8.7 that it may verify identity ahead of paying anything, holding or cancelling pending requests in the meantime.
Deadlines on this floor bind you. For sending documents, Rainbet allows 72 hours (20.1) and Rocketpot 30 calendar days (12.2); Metaspins sets 30 days (9.10), Vave 14 days (8.7) and Wild Fortune two weeks (8.4 and 9.3). Caps and instalments at the top
A large sum can be approved and still leave in pieces. That is not a fault; it is the third and fourth floors of the ladder at work. Many reports of a casino payout delayed on a big win turn out to be a cap or an instalment rule doing exactly what the clause says, and the remainder is still owed.
The difference between the two is worth keeping straight. A cap counts what has left your account in a day, week or month, so the rest waits for the next period to open. Instalment rules split a big win into parts. Once a Rocketpot win is $5,000 or more, clause 11.5 limits each month's payment to $5,000. Wild Fortune pays a balance above €15,000 in monthly parts of up to €15,000 (11.8). Thunderpick does the same above €400,000 (6.12). Bitcasino.io's clause 6.10 releases big requests in weekly portions no larger than 1 million USDT. Vave's 8.8 keeps an exceptional-case option: a win of at least 50,000 USDT paid as several equal sums. Bitsler (8.13) and Metaspins (12.5) allow instalments without naming a starting sum.
The arithmetic is plain. A $30,000 win at Rocketpot needs at least six monthly payments, since each is capped at $5,000, and a request for €12,000 at Wild Fortune meets the €5,000 weekly figure before it meets the monthly one. The page on caps and monthly parts works through more examples.
Casino payout delayed: what to do next
When a request has not moved and none of the rules above explains it, gather the facts before writing to anyone. A casino payout delayed without a visible cause is easier to resolve when your first message already holds everything support needs.
- Read the status. «Pending», «under review», «approved» and «sent» point to different places. A request marked sent has left the cashier, and the guide to coins that have not arrived is the better starting point.
- Collect the details. Note the request date, the amount, the coin and the network, and any transaction ID the cashier shows. Keep the deposit transaction ID as well if the deposit is recent.
- Find the clause. Open the operator's terms and copy the clause that covers your case, with the date you read it. Terms change, so the date matters.
